Jaron Deming is a flutist and educator in the Upstate of South Carolina. He is the founder of Exceed Academy of Music, Adjunct Professor of Music at Anderson University, and principal flute of the Anderson Symphony Orchestra.
He studied music education at Anderson University under Leah Wilson, graduating magna cum laude, then earned a Master of Music in Performance from UNC School of the Arts under Dr. Tadeu Coelho, winning the Anderson Symphony Orchestra Concerto and Aria Competition and reaching the 2022 UNCSA concerto finals along the way.
Recent seasons have ranged from Mahler's First Symphony and Holst's The Planets with the Anderson Symphony to the Piedmont Wind Symphony and musical-theatre pit orchestras, alongside the private studio he has taught for over a decade.
